Concept
Shipping trucks
with equipment mounted on is not everyone’s preference due to
trucks variation of specification from a country to another, in
addition to higher shipping cost, import custom duties and customers
different trucks brand choices.
D1 POWER has sorted out the problem
and developed an intelligent Knocked-Down concept to deliver all
of its products of superstructures dismantled helping small metal
fabricators to assemble the products and satisfy their local customers
need.
The products will be shipped Semi Knocked-Down in pieces, with
primer coat on, final coating and mounting will be done at customer’s
workshop supported by our full mounting drawings and instructions. |

requirement
Fabricators
wish to assemble our products would require a workshop equipped
with 10 ton over bridge crane, spraying booth and necessary
mounting tools. A complete technical support plan is available
to ensure maintaining our products standard including training,
drawings, technical and engineering consultation and supply
of necessary equipment and tools.
